Moreover, Bouhler himself, in Document NO 156, states that he alone is responsible for the [ ... p. 7590 ] arose because of the element of secrecy. As NO 156 shows, Bouhler told Guertner that he alone considered himself responsible for euthanasia, but then he [ ... ]
