It is found in Exhibit 290, and is NG-030-, in document book VII-B, at pagel. Within the document, it is sheet No. 7 which refers to it, but it is at [ ... p. 2407 ] in that book is NG-030. It includes a rather lengthy dossier of related letters and directives which are introduced by a covering letter signed: By [ ... ]
