PS-2852: Minutes of meetings of the Ministerial Council for the Defense of the Reich, held in September, October, and November; 1939, present at these meetings were STUCKART, LAMMERS, VON KROSIGK, DARRE, and KOERNER, Among decrees considered and passed wore the decree for war economy, the decree about change of the military law the decree about appointment of Reich Defense Commissars, Labor Laws, and the decree against enemies of the people. This latter decree, pissed punishment 5 September by 1939, death provided imprisonment for acts detrimental to community interests, provides for trial by special courts, and immediate execution of sentence.

At this meeting Goering gave a review of the military and foreign political situation. The Council passed several decrees, including the decree against people detrimental to the nation, the decree about the change of the law about the liquidation of the circulation of Renton currency notes and the law about the German Reichsbank.
